The Problem

Most FinTech SaaS platforms today rely on separate systems for merchant onboarding, payment operations, and business management, resulting in fragmented workflows and limited visibility across stakeholders.

The challenge was to create the industry's first unified SaaS FinTech platform that simplify highly complex financial processes while remaining scalable enough to support global business growth, diverse user roles, and evolving operational needs.

What I Did

I led the product design from 0 to 1, shaping both the user experience and the design system of the platform.

UX Research & Design

Every design decision began with understanding the people behind the platform. Through user research and product discovery, I translated complex payment processes and business requirements into clear user journeys and intuitive workflows. Particular attention was given to information hierarchy, interaction patterns, and usability, ensuring that both web and mobile experiences felt seamless, efficient, and easy to navigate.

Design System

As Infinite continued to grow, consistency became just as important as functionality. I established a scalable design system to unify the experience across products, with reusable components, clear design patterns, and shared documentation forming the foundation. This not only streamlined collaboration between design and development but also made future features easier to design, build, and maintain.

The Solution

Infinite is intuitive, efficient, and scalable. Simplified workflows and consistent interactions make complex financial operations easier to manage. The design system provides a flexible foundation that supports continuous product evolution. It delivers greater clarity, consistency, and usability across the entire platform.
